Client Provided Materials
In order to provide the best quality that we can offer, customer provided materials will need to be tested and optimized on our laser. Quotation is free but any actual work will be at minimum $45. This includes any work that needs to be done to test your materials for the optimum settings when using our laser. We will also need a minimum of 5x the total engraving or cutting size. Clients will be required to sign our waiver prior to the start of any job.

We are not a design business. Think of us like FedEx Kinkos or Staples when submitting a document for them to print for you. We are your printer, only, we print your design using laser on a multitude of different surfaces like wood, metal, acrylic etc. Therefore, designs needs to be submitted in an appropriate document type or format. When submitting files please make sure to review the link provided below.

Online source for pre-made designs
Pre-made designs can be found online by searching: your item description + “vector svg file” or your item description + “laser svg file”
Alternatively, you may use any graphic design apps with built in templates (Canva, Vista Create, Snappa etc) and export your design in .SVG format. Make sure to create the design only in BLACK AND WHITE since most laser engraving cannot distinguish colors. Any size for your design will be fine since when it is exported in .SVG, it will be exported as a vector file which is a file type that allows designs to be scalable. Please refer to the respective graphic design application on how to export your design to the .SVG format
