Please note, we do not keep all materials in stock. Materials are placed based on need of current projects of our clients. There could be a 2 to 7 business day lead time to order materials for new project requests. Customer provided materials are accepted but customer must provide extra materials for making samples and testing.
This is an extensive list of potential compatible materials. Extensive testing and optimization is needed depending on the material type and we are growing in this regard by the day. Please reach out to us for materials from this list that we currently have existing settings for. Materials we currently do not have settings for will require extended lead times for testing and optimization
CAST Acrylic
Thickness: up to 6mm
Different color, finishes and styles can be sourced and made available
WOOD
Thickness: up to 6mm
Different wood, stains and finishes can be sourced and made available. Thicker finished product can be achieved by layering thinner sheets using glue or 3M tape.
Leather
Genuine leather and laser-able leatherette only.
NO FAUX LEATHER as to the possibility of the presence of PVC. Although PVC is laser-able, it emits hydrochloric acid and toxic fumes which is dangerous to our health

Different colors can be sourced and made available
MAT BOARD

CARDBOARD
Thickness: up to 6mm
DELRIN
Different colors can be sourced and made available
Rubber
No odor or food safe laser-able rubber are sourced from JPPlus
Foam
Thickness: tested up to 6 mm. Can possibly do up until 12mm with additional testing.
Other compatibilities
We have an in-house 60W CO2 laser operating at 10.6 micrometer. We can accept other compatible materials for testing and service as long as lasering the materials does not emit corroding or toxic fumes.
