We commonly use USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipments. Speed options are available to the customer during check out.

For quoted price of any amount, we require a 50% due at the time of order placement, while the remaining 50% due at the time of delivery.

Our preferred payment method is via payment of invoice through Paypal. For orders less than $150, payment can be made on site during pick up by cash or card.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for all custom made products. Refunds are not offered once production has started. Once the final artwork has been reviewed and approved by the client and production has started, we are only able to offer 50% refund should the client change their mind.
