RETURN POLICY

General Policy

In Maxie Marks Engraving, we take pride in the work we do to make your personalized gifts memorable and more importantly, accurate to your requested customization. Due to the highly specialized nature of the engraving business, we currently do not offer exchanges or refunds on customized orders. We also do not offer refunds or replacements due to inaccurate information provided by the customer or due to shipment problems. We will provide provide tracking information as soon as the order leaves the facility and in the shipping company's hands.

Other than customized works, we have a 14 calendar day return policy for the rest of the products (like material blanks), which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return (this is the from the day the tracking information is marked "Delivered").

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@maxiemarksengraving.com with your order number and a brief description for the reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2175 Stone Ave #7, San Jose, CA 95125

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (delivery will be refused). Items must be shipped back to us post marked by the shipping company within 10 business days of the shipping label issuance (this will be from the day the tracking information of the sent shipping label envelope is marked "Delivered" or the day we send you an email with shipping label information attached). Return packages sent after the 10 business day time period will NOT be accepted. Delivery will be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As mentioned earlier, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
