below outlines the general order request process
Please note, we are NOT a design company. We cannot offer any sort of designing services. Submitted files must be laser ready by the time it gets to us. We can offer minor adjustments but not the whole processing (for example, photos intended for engraving needs to be submitted and processed in a format optimized for the target material , if its for wood or acrylic etc.)
Order Request Process:
The following will be the order in processing your order:
1. Submit order request
2. Discussion and Review (via email)
3. Signing of the waiver (indemnification of Maxie Marks for any future copyright infringement lawsuit that may result from the project. Basically the client must own the right to use the submitted artwork for lasering purposes)
4. Initial artwork review and approval by client (this also includes font customization requests)
5. Sample production and client approval.
6. Estimate submission to client (via Paypal)
7. Estimate approval by client
8. Invoice submission to client (via Paypal)
9. Invoice payment by client.
10. Final artwork review and approval by client and waiver signature.
11. Material Ordering (2 - 7 business days depending on supplier availability and timeline)
12. Manufacturing (Regular Lead Time: 5-7 business days); (Rush: 2 to 3 business days) --> depending on volume
13. Order delivery.
